I am paying the bills regularly. In this month I was received e-mail from Airtel people in the late hours of 31.5.2011 for making bill of Rs. 1167/- for the bill dated 12.5.2011 . And the amount of bill has to be paid by 31.5.2011. How reasonable of communicating the bill payment information in the late houre of due date. I do not know as to why the Airtel people have not bothered about sending the bills in advance with details. It is all appears the outright behaviour of the Company.
