No word of refunding my money

My name is puspharaj and i made a contact with the nearest airtel showroom and i took a broadband connection that is 699 unlimited.
this was happened at 26/05... the airtel guy came to my house and i paid the money of 700.r.s but the problem is they couldn't provide the connection to my home at no reason...
and there is no word the from airtel asshole what will happen to my money... i want it back...
i got the receipt for the payment... what should i do now.
