Exceeding of bills

Sir, I am the regular custmer of airtel company- on 9/7 I have converted my usage plan in to (unlimited usage of broadband internet and calling value of Rs: 100/- per month @649 taxes Rs-716/- approx. which was committed by the airtel team. but airtel company is charging very high rates since that time Rs- 1700 /- I have paid in july Rs- 3000/- I have paid on 01/09 to airtel but the company is harressing me saying that there is a pendency of Rs 2425/- by 01/09.

please look in to the matter as early as possible.
