Airtel Broadband Shifting Issue

Hi,

I have placed a shifting request for my airtel broadband to the airtel customer care on 19th of August. Till date it is not yet done. When we placed the request the customer care representative told that it will take 10 days for shifting. But now its one and half months over and th shifting is not yet done even the shifting is to be done in the same area only. My status request number is 4511290.

I have called the customer care for more than 25 times

but they have not taken any measures for it. I have even talked with the supervisors and they told that I will get a call from backend team. But nobody called me till date regarding this.

I am really frustrated to call the customer care and to repeat the same words to every customer care representative who picks the call.

Could you please help me in this issue?
