Oadband disconnection

My no = 01147483491, i hav requsted 4 disconnection of internet service.after 2 month i m not clear abt my net service status.bill is still coming.customer service is pathetic .they just misguide u.they hold the call 4 10-15 min and even then no proper info.i hav spent around 100 rs on my phone call to get info from customer service.
