Airtel mobile office not deactivating

Dear Sir/Madam

i have activated airtel gprs service, called mobile office with rental Rs.20 per day. i have activated this service on 22/12 for one day. After using it for one day, i tried to deactivate this service throgh calling at no. *567# and *567*3# from my mobile no. 9810098073.

But the service is not deactivating for last 3 days & my balance is decreasing by Rs.20 per day. No customer representative is solving the problem.
