Dear Sir/Mam,

i have activated Airtel GPRS monthly package of Rs.98 on my mobile phone on 06/07 through customer care they told me that they doesn't have SMS setting for activation & also not having settings for latest handsets i have to do Manual setting at Mobile phone so might be it not done well and not activated i have made 15 calls to customer care they told me they will arrange back call from technical person and till date & time i didn't get any Response from them
