this is komal harchandani from jaipur. i have Airtell Braoadband Internet Connection. My complaint is that i received a call fromm Airtell Broadband Collection Departyment from mention number (0141-4015492) due to some reason i couldnt pay my bill which is 1162 Rs. so these people called me on 6th Jan at #.30 pm in afternoon and Mr. Natvar who works in Airtell spoke to me in a very bad manner and started shouting on me whereas i was talking to him very politelly and when i lost my patience i told him that kindly speak to me properly dont you have manners then he said that then why dont you guys pay your bills? we are not your servents. This is our job to speak to our customers like this so they pay the bills. And i didnt say no that i wont pay my bill i said yes i will pay but you send me your concern person to collect the money but he didnt listen to me and he was continously speaking false language to me
Kindly take this matter seriously and just need an apology call from that person and i will pay the bills.
