Deducting cash unnecessarily

Airtel has been deducting rs.99 from my mobile no. 9731184920 as subscription towards gamesclub. the message gave a link to contact in case i want to unscribe. i did this plus, emailed the same request. i recd a reply that said-no results. and Rs 99 has been deducted from my prepaid account. i want OUT from this gamesclub and a refund too promptly.
