Billing Issue

I have recd my mobile bill through mail on 20th Jan Bill no. 665701162. Airtel has charged me 659.30 paise for internet use which I have not used through my mobile. I had called up on 198 (Toll Free no of Airtel) and registered a complaint on 20th Jan Complaint no. 41683638. Which is showing resolved today. Again I have raised the complaint 41727243 and spoke with Vineet he said the this amout is correct and they are unable to deduct the same. Also escaled this with Varsha she is also telling me the same thing.
