Wrong issue of air etickets

It is stated that I was 2 etickets of Delhi to Raipur round trip with departure date 11/07 and arrival 13/07/07 in the name of my sister and his husband (Ramesh garg & Meenaksi garg), the payment was charged through credit card and the pnr No ETHFNW. But the etickets received of 11 july 07 and 30 july 07 instead of 13 july. I was called in their costomer care and send various mails to refund my money as the default committed by them to issue the wrong etickets but no proper response are receive so far.
