Non-delivery of the order even after a month

I had ordered some articles on web with the order no. MITBC-WEB-953126242 dated 9th July. The same day I made payment through credit card. Till date I have not received any communication. I sent them mails on "order@indiatodaybookclub.com" and "responce@indiatodaybookclub.com" but there is no response. What is more frustrating is that the web site does not contain any customer care numbers or any contact details except from above mentioned e-mail address.

I was surprised to see that I was not alone. I appeal all complainants to come together and take against this type of cheating by the reputed company like this.
