GPRS activation

Hello Sir/Madam

. My number 98761-22009 is working since feb'05 (5 years now).

I was using free GPRS till feb. i was committed that it will be activated again and i can use it for free again in 1-2 months. but it is now been a year that i have not got any such service. everytime i call, yopur call centre people start giving a number of options to use GPRS by paying. still i need to use GPRS for free. i have been with AIRTEL for 5 years. you can chek my previous details. evrything is fine always. i would be highly obliged if you allow me to use this service of GPRS for free on my cell phone.
