Dear Sir,

From the first week of 2010 got the problem in connection of IPTV. Still waiting for the person or engineer to come and rectify my problem. Think that Aksh Broadband does not have enough engineers or service persons, who rectify the problem.

Neither any payment is pending nor had applied for change of plan. Why my connection is showing “CAN’T CONNECT TO SERVER”. Either rectify my problem or take all your stuff from my and refund my security. Will choose TATA SKY or Airtel services.
