Money debited but transaction not finalised

My axis bank SB A/C No is 049010100165549. International debit card no is 4902 5404 9002 8442. Yesterday night i.e. 31st March at about 10.00 PM i was making a transaction with Amway India at GHaziabad for Rs. 5141/- only. The amount was debited from my account. However, the transaction did not materialise. My simple request is that the matter may be looked and the amount of Rs. 5141/- only may be credited back to my account. This amount did not reach the mercandise. Thanking you in anticipation
