When i called at airtel customer care the operator ishwar at 8:30 pm on 26/12 he said our services will help us u after 4 hours and said that it is not my duty time and my complaint is that i have brought a sim before few days and my calling facilities were not allowed and i also went to my nearby airtel office but also they dont responded please start my outgoing services my no is 8003394199
