Faulty product not replaced and no Refund

Please see history for my order # 551456 dated 6th July. The order was delivered to me on 16th July by COD, for which I paid cash of INR 4199. The phone was returned to you on 28th July by Blue Dart for which I inured an expense of INR 200. I have made numerous call to your call center but have not been provided a resolution. Finally on 19th Feb. I have asked for my money back (Ref No 202425) and was assured of a refund in 15 working days. I have yet not received my money back even after 32 working days. I have also written to the CEO@naaptol.com on March 18th and 2nd but am yet to receive a reply from them.
