Non delivery of ordered items

Had ordered items and Rs. 2498 was debited from my credit card on 23/09 against order no. OGA090076603. I have been repeatedly sending mails and have always received semilar mails saying, the items will be delivered within few days. Two days back I received a mail from them saying the delivery was missed and they will be sending it again which is absolutely incorrect because my family members are present in the house 24 x 7 and there is no reason whatsoever that the delivery could have missed. I am a NRI out of the country for the last 14 years presently working in Bahrain and have never faced a problem like this ever with an online purchases. My Membership no. with this company is ITBC09118836.
