Hidden Charges

Sir,

I am ICICI Direct customer since last 7 years. I do regular Shares and MF Sale purchase through I Direct. I was assured that there will not be any brokerage if corpous in MF Is more than Rs. 8 lakhs. My A/c. No. Is 8500104940.

Some days before I found some discrpency in Birla Sunlife MF purchase order as balance in BSLF MF was more than IDirect account. I had to fight for two months and then it was rectified. I doubted about hidden charges I Direct is leviying, But it was told that it is technical mistake. Again I purchased 1.5 lakh BSLF MF, again I found difference in BSLF MF Satement and I Direct folio. Again I wrote and after pursual same was rectified again.

I am sure I Direct is charging som units after purchasing for full amount. It is without knowldege of customers like me. It is fraud/Cheating to millions customer of I Direct. Figure may vary 100 crores to all customers.

I am trying to get detail charges, if any from I Direct, if not why they were charged in BSLF A/c. It can not be manual mistake. It is delibratedly in Programme. I request, in the interest of millions of customers who are cheated by I Direct should be refunded and guilty should be punished.
