Refund of money!

I was trying to contact this people for last one and half month for refund of cancellation of auction money, i was trying to contact them by phone email and the way which possible for me but didn't credited my amount in my bank. Well i can say only they are making fool to the customer please beware for this online shopping. They have open fraud online shopping.
