The landlord in my building has broken the support wall in the building and made the ground floor flat into a cut-piece shop. The building is over 60 years old and many such buildings have collapsed because supporting pillars are broken. Shops are built in residential flats and the residents are put to difficulty. Complaints to the BMC is not getting good results.
