NON RECEIPT OF POLICY DOCUMENT OR RECEIPT OF MONEY

I have deposited cheque amounting to Rs.15000/- bearing no.0531823 of Central Bank Of India, Muzzafarnagar on 22-08.

Since then I have not received the receipt or policy which I did in the name of KOTAK MAHINDRA LIFE INSURANCE.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest to enable me to avail the benefit of tax before 31-03.
