He took money to fight my case at Allahabad High Court. He appointed a lawyer in Allahabad High Court. He assured that my proofs of innocence would be attached with the case but no document was attached. On date of hearing the lawyer he has appointed gave sick leave to the court though he was there in court. My stay was vacated. I asked him to fill recall application he did not do it and asked me to go to Supreme Court. I have paid 35K to him but he did nothing. Now when he did nothing I want him to give my money back with interest.
