Tenant problems

I have been residing at a flat in a building and sharing a common car parking space and a 3 room space which is divided among the three flat owners.the rooms are occupied by 3 tenants. However as i was not having a car my other two relatives were using the complete area. Now that i have a car i asked them to give me space for my car parking but they are unwilling to get into any compromise and wants to demolish the 3 rooms in ground floor.i and my tenant are both not wanting to get evacuated.but they are applying force on my tenant stating the rooms are illegal.they even threatened that they would break the house even if we don't give approval. They are even saying that as my father has died the flat doesn't even belong to me and my sister who is now residing in the flat so i have no right to this flat.can they break the house even if we object?
