Book not delivered as promised!

It is with utter disgust that i write about Prakash Book shop in India where i placed two orders for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Once submitted i had to write to them every day for two weeks requesting them to confirm receipt of payment, which they did only after i complained on line on their contacts page.

Its been four days since the book has been released and although i continuously emailed them these past few days, no response about the delivery of these books has been made. People from Prakash Bookshop are ignoring my Emails and my order has still not been processed. I have made many online orders to date and have never had any problems with any products ordered.

I hope people reading this will never make the same mistake i made of ordering books through Prakash Book shop. These books were meant to be gifts to my cousins as a treat from me. Thanks for spoiling it for me Prakash Book Shhop. You really know to do it in style.
