Harry Potter book 7 not delivered!

I had placed an order for Harry Potter & the deathly hallows (2 books) on 14th July. However, I got just one book on Saturday evening but my credit card has been charged with the price of two books.

I am continuously trying their customer care number which is constantly busy. Highly disappointing and dis satisfying. Now i see there are other complaints of the similar nature as well on this site. I would say i have wasted my money and time by trusting this site for shopping.

I am not even sure if i put a complaint here, its going to help or not.
