About disturing E-mails and SMS to my cell phone

Each and everyday, I am receiving 5 to 10 messages to my cell phone no.9944449171. And also receiving advertising mails to my E-mail ID: narasimhan00711589.2008@rediffmail.com. It is very disturbing to do my regualar duties. So please don't send any SMS or e mail above mentioned cell and ID. It is very helpful to do my regular duties without disturbance.
