2. Amount of Rs 950/- has been paid for two books which were ordered on 27 Aug. Only one book was received in Oct. The following book is not received yet :-

3. Inspite of lodging complaint on 17 Oct no response has been received from your side. It seems that complaints lodged by the customers are not given due cognisance.
