Non-delivery of Harry Potte

I had pre-ordered harry potter book 7 on indiaplaza.in and they had promised that it'll be delivered on the 21st of July. But I have not received the book till today which is 23rd july. I plan to take this up seriously. I had written three e-mails to the customer service and also have been trying to reach them at the single number given by them. But they do not have the courtesy to respond to e-mails. I do not know how such companies who are service based can grow!!!
