Ordered, but no delivery!

I was surprised to see so many complaints on this site on the same issue. A fact that ITBC offered CDs at Re. 1 and duped so many people is alarming. I had the same experience and although got some responses after 5-6 continuous reminders, the following is an example of the responses - see for yourself how bogus it is - after 6 reminders they say if you want soon - from the June 1st order to now (21st Aug) is not soon enough for them. Lucky, I opted for VPP and didn't pay by credit cards/ cheque. Advice all to exercise caution.
