Non-delivery of books and no response to emails

I had ordered some books and CD's through my SBI card on 28th July. SBI crad had come with a scheme where anyone ordering the latest Harry Potter book would get some CD's etc free. As the offer was through SBI and the party sending the books was "India Today Book Club" I believed that I was safe with these 2 big brand names.

However since then the card has been debited for that amount but there is no sign of the books being delivered. I send 2 emails to response@indiatodaybookclub.com but got no response. Their website mentions some phone numbers that dont work.

Am Planning to call SBI but I am sure that it wont help because they will say "Terms and Conditions" mentioned that they were not responsible for the delivery... But I believe they should know who they are associating with and avoid such parties in the future.
