Impurities found in 20 Ltr bottled wate

Hello,

I am Vinay Pugalia from 406 Empire State Building, Nr. Udhna Darwaja, Surat. I want to complain about the Impurities found in 20 Ltr bottled water.

As a routine, today also the boy delivered the 20 Ltr packaged water bottle. The bottle is packaged by "Aquafine" - Krishna park, Saroli, Ta. Choryasi, Dist. Surat and is distributed by "Shital Agency", Surat.

To our surprise, we found 2 dead spiders in the bottle. The same was reported to the distribution agency person Mr. Saif and he too agreed on the same and have given me in written what was found. The bottle is still kept with me in case any further investigation is required. The company claims to be ISI certified (IS:14543, CM/L - 7414870) and B.I.S. approved.

The main purpose of lodging this complaint is to make the company feel serious about the thing they are dealing in. It's WATER and any compromise in its quality can prove to be very dangerous.

I hope, prompt and appropriate actions will be taken to make sure this never happens again with anyone and proper hygiene is maintained at their purification and packaging plant.
