Complaint not addressed

I would like to introduce myself as Mr. Madhu. M.R., from Bangalore who is using your Forbes Aquaflo FAF model for more than 8 years, I am under your AMC.

I had lodged a complaint on Sep 18th saying the pipe needs to be replaced, the complaint num is F7076, but after three to four days, I called up on 9241856674 and I was told that there has no complaint lodged and they gave me another complaint num, which is F7197, and for your kindest information, till date, none of the complaint numbers have been addressed.

I am bugged up of calling up each day, and sometimes, it says it is switched off.

We use the product and utilise your services because we are loyal and I feel earlier the services were good. Kindly look into the matter on a high priority.
