No complaint, I want cylinder

No complaint; I want cylinder. Trying for the last 15 days to book the cylinder in your telephone number 22611514 and 22618691, but failed as the telephone is always giving engaged sound. Booked in telephone number 1260 0n 24-09 at 1216 hours and got the booking number as 86.

Till today (01-10- 2008) I have not received the cylunder. Faing trmendous difficulty. I am a senior citizen and can not go to your shop to collect the cylinder.

KINDLY HELP ME IN DELIVERING THE CYLINCER TO DAY.
