I am not satisfied with the service

This complaint is against my RO water purifier AMC company. On 8th of april, I paid Rs 2000 for the AMC of my RO. It went faulty after 15 days, but even after calling them daily, they attended it after a month, and they again charged me Rs 1500, saying that the membrane of RO is bad, and it does not come under AMC. Again after 2 weeks, that new membrane has also gone bad, and they have not changed it yet, because they gave me 1 year guarantee on that new membrane and now they can t charge me anything.
