Duplicate items

I have asked for replacement of carbon filter and normal filter of my aqua guard but shop representative replaced with duplicate parts and after few days my aquaguard stops functionnig and now agency is neither ready to repair nor accepting that they have used ungenuine parts though i have got receipt of items changed by them
