Eplacement of UV chambe

I purchased an Aqua Guard classic on 2000. From the very next year I am continuing AMC for my product. This year on 30th November I registered a complain to change my UV chamber of the machine on which a hole was developed through which water is continuously leaking. After repeated calls, no body turned up to attend my problem. The most surprisingly the service people didnot think it to be prudent to tell me the reason for delay. Before this complain, I registered another complain in August'07 the to change the plastic clamp holding the filter which got broken. That was remained unattended too. To day I talked to Mr. Sudip Chakraborty, manager, Eureka Forbes, Guwahati, Assam explaining all these.
