No proper service

My customer code is 169013668. I have entered in to a 3 years AMC on 21.06.08. Yours service representative visited for half yearly maintainence on 10.06.09. But on 12.06.09 the machine started leaking from behind. I have personally visited your office above Janta Bank, Kalyan (W) and made a complaint and the lady gave me a complaint no. 148 and told that the service representative the same day. But till toady no body visited my office. I have been trying to contact your office on 220 5735 / 2205737 but nobody is responding as the phone ringing continuously.
