Pathetic After sales service

I am user of your Aqua gaurd for last 7years at Patna, Bihar. I am under AMC regularly. But I am sorry to say that the AMC provided by your company agent here is well below expectations. As per the agreement your repreentatives should give at least 2 service during one year. According to the record the last service was given on 10.5.2008and my carbon candle was changed. But to my suparise in place of customers remark and sign it was signd by the vendor himself. Last time the engineer came on 18.11.2007 and charged the AMC amount from me. Now according to record the AMC date agian falls on 17.5.2008 and during the las one year the service was done 20 days before the expiry of contrct. If you are not going to take action for this, I will go to court of law for the redressal of my demands of a fre change of carbon candle and extension of AMC contrct for next six months from today.
