Violation of AMC by your rep

Have an AMC. Called for checkup as the taste of the water have become very bad. Due to change in residence missed on the regular maintainence which was due in Feb-March got missed. The AMC is valid till next year as it is a multiple tear contract. Now your rep. Arun Naskar of Narendrapur - Mandir Gate is not cooperating by saying it is of some other office and they cannot change the filter which was supposed to be done around Feb- March.

Want you to please honour your AMC and as per terms to change the filter and do the other necessary maintainence as per req.
