After sale service not up to mark

I have purchased AQUAGUARD-REVIVA R.O. on 01/03.company's representative assured good after sale service. Its divisional sales office at 23, Red Cross BHawan, The Mall Road, Ludhiana has been reminded many times for quartrly service/cleaning but in vain. I never recommend to purchase EUREKA FORBES products because they do not bother about customer service/after sale service.
