Operating manual sketchy

I bought the mobile in May. The instrument is supplied with a manual that is sketchy. Many important features are missing. Following are the details:

1. The battery needs recharge often

2. There is no mention about spevial characters needed to send email address

3. Speed dialling is limited to just less than 9 numbers

4. The email of meridial mobile given is faulty

I need redressal of these inadequacies
