We had taken AMC for our R.O water purifier (Aquaguard Reviva smart) with a Authorized service centre

of Eureka Forbes naming Mr.sunil bhardwaj (Phone no.9811998667) from 19/05/09-18/5/10.The Amount taken was Rs.2850/-.Our receipt No.45, Invoice no.70045649.Since the AMC is taken they have visited

only twice that also with repeated reminders. Our visit is due for Jan, 10 but they have not visited till now (10/3/10). This is a total disappointment and waste of money and time. We are residing at gurgaon. Your services are very poor.
