Services against AMC

I have a aqua guard royale water purifier for which every year i get the AMC done (or renewed) but the services are very very pathetic from the very beginning itself, and hence i had the amc for the year 2007 to 2008 feb, inspite of which as per the AMC, IF the customer calls the technician comesand get it done on the request, but inspite of following from JAnuary it was like no response and as soon as they are aware that it has to be esxpired now i received numerous call only for getting it renewed, and when i use to speak for servicing then no pain was taken to get it done. Hence my AMC is over and i do not have SECOND SERVICING DONE TO IT FOR WHICH I HAVE AMC.

KIndly look into it, as today also technician came and asked to get it renewed but refused to give services on the prior AMC.

A wek ago thewre was a service camp held for a week and i have got it registered for that also at the first instance they received the call but next time no response as when i will be getting that service.
