Aquaguard total infinity
Non installation of machine for over five days

I placed an order for a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total infinity machine and Mr. Ramjee, an agent promptly collected the money and cheques on 01.10.2009 . They promised installation in few hours. However its over 7days now, and they have not installed the machine.

Call centre complaint did not help, and constant followup with Mr. Kuldep Dhar- Team Leader and Mr. Ramjee code no. 9036946 did not help.

This is really poor service and I was totally taken aback to receive a bill showing subscription of a Vaccum Cleaner instead of Aquaguard. Now I do not want the machine installed. I want my money back. My customer Id is1006484237.
