Aqua Guard Total Sensa water purifier

From the 2nd week I bought Aqual Guard Sensa water purifier, I am facing this problem. The machine automatically goes to the UV mode, by itself. It does not stay in the sensa mode, where it is supposed to clean the water using reverse osmosis. The service agents have come and tried to fix the issue, but the problem is not solved. Now, it is 6 months since I bought the unit. I have called the service guys about 50 times. In that they have come for about 10 times. But the problem is not solved.
