Aqua guard water purifier(Classic)
POOR SERVICE

I have bought the classic type of Aqua guard Water Purifier in 05 and is working normal. I have even bought the Yearly mainatainance plan from Eureka Forbes. Now my machine incoming water pipe is damaged. I have informed to the concerned person in the month of April. Still no response from them. They are keeping on giving me FALSE PROMISES of attending it. But still the pipe has not been changed. This is the case of poor service shown by Eureka Forbes.

Kindly look into the matter.
