False commitments

I inquired about a product online & gave my personal details through a sales exe visited my house (called me thrice a day) 7 convinced me for free demo, i agreed to buy the product & gave a cheque for full payment,

i was promise that i will recieve the unit in nxt 2 working days, but m still waiting for the same,

now i have to call them to follow up about my product as the cheque has already cleared my account... I believe the sales exe forced me to book the product as it was 31st march &they wanted to achieve their sales target... it really left a bad mark of the Company on my brain& i often share with my friends & relatives.
