Aqua sensa RO
Poor responce to complain

I purchased a Aqua Sensa RO from your stall at IITF-08 on 17 Nov 08.However the aqua sensa RO suddenly stopped working on 06 Dec 08.I filed a complained on the same day dt.06 Dec 08 around 3.00pm. The complained was registered under complain number- 25414614 and was assured that my complain would be attended within 24 hrs. But till now (i.e 09 Dec 08 time 14.20pm) no one has attended my complain. Yesterday I talked to the centralised complain number but the response was very poor. I also filed a complain with the local office on dt.08 Dec 08 (ph no. 25277402). There the attitude of your staff was very rude. They were reluctant to listen to the complain and simply disconnected the call.

I regret buying from youll and in future shall never recommend any one to buy any product from Eureka Forbes. Any way I hope my problem gets solved at the earliest otherwise I shall be forced to go to the consumer court which will be my last option.
