Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Aqua Sure (Aqua Guard) non-electric product, 12.05.08 from your representative Mr Mukesh kumar saini & his mobile No. 9910287910 & Mr Sanjay (phone No. 0120-3215446) evening around 7:00 PM .
it having problem of leakage at the time of installation even when i complaint for that mr saini told me its tap will be replaced by tommarrow but now one month even past. No one came to me to replace the same despites of several telephonic reminders. I have purchased this product on basis of goodwill of the company but i really disappointed by this activity. Even i have recommended this product to my frnd he too purchased this one.
with view of above, it is reqested that my problem might be solved at the earliest.
